Step 1:
Log into
http://webmail.sageinternet.com as postmaster using the password included with your setup instructions.
You will always log into the control panel as postmaster when you want to manage the email settings for your entire domain name.
Step 2:
To create your new email address, click the button for "Mailboxes" either along the top or down the left-hand side.
Step 3:
If you have already created mailboxes in the past, you will see them listed on this page. To create a new mailbox, click the "Add New Mailbox" button.
Step 4:
The
"Mailbox" field will become your new email address.
"Full Name" is simply a reference field for the future, it will help you identify the purpose of a mailbox years from now.
"Password" should be at least 6 characters long, and it's always a good idea to include capital letters or numbers to make it harder to guess.
IMPORTANT: The mail server will not allow spaces or dashes as part of the username, however you can use dots and underscores.
When done, click on "Add Mailbox".
